A long time ago, our Cho was known to enjoy barley and hops. Those days are long gone, but I did glean a piece of information about what his favorite beer is/was.
I'll leave it up to this guy to discuss the beers in detail, but for those who just want to know, it was the Saranack "12 Beers of Christmas" collection. Unfortunately, Saranack went all PC and renamed their combo-pack to the "12 Beers of Winter". Sorry, Cho.

I think that you need to check out the stuff that Sam Adams has. It's more assortment, more right wing, and not just for Christmas
